Dawid Does Merch aims to provide a satisfying shopping experience for all of our customers. Our products are made-to-order and as such, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes orders are malformed or misprinted. We have a simple refund or replace program if an item received is not as it should be.
Requirements for refunds or replacements:
- Within 30 days of delivery you must contact Dawid Does Merch about any issues with your order.
- Include photo evidence of any malformed or misprinted items which you would like refunded or replaced. Dawid Does Merch may reject a refund & replacement request if the item is not malformed or misprinted.
- Contact Dawid Does Merch at firstname.lastname@example.org with a request for a refund or a free replacement.
- If an order or product is deemed eligible for a refund by Dawid Does Merch support, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- If an order or product is deemed eligible for a (free) replacement by Dawid Does Merch support, please allow up to 7 business days for a new order to be processed.
